Longr UK Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates The Longevity AI mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide personalized health coaching, biometric analysis, and wellness insights.
1.1 Personal Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (encrypted)
- Authentication tokens (via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In)
1.2 Health and Biometric Data
We collect and process sensitive health data to provide the core functionality of the App. This data is ingested from our proprietary wearable (blēo), Apple HealthKit, or Google Fit. Specific data types include:
- Activity Data: Steps, distance, step cadence, total calories burned.
- Heart Metrics: Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Oxygen Saturation (SpO2).
- Sleep Data: Sleep sessions, sleep duration, and sleep quality scores.
- Fitness Metrics: VO₂ Max.
- Other: Blood Glucose (only if explicitly opted-in by the user).
1.3 Location Data
We access Precise GPS Location only when explicitly triggered by the user.
- Purpose: Location data is used exclusively to calculate distance traveled during specific fitness assessments (e.g., calculating VO₂ Max).
- Processing: Location data is processed locally on your device to derive performance metrics.
- Storage & Sharing: We do not store your raw GPS coordinates on our servers, nor do we share location history with any third parties. Once the distance calculation is complete, the raw location data is discarded.
- User Choice: You may deny location permissions; however, features requiring distance calculation (like VO₂ Max estimates) may use alternative non-location-based estimation methods or be unavailable.
1.4 Device and Technical Data
We automatically collect certain technical information to improve App stability:
- Device model and operating system.
- IP address (for security and region detection).
- Crash logs and performance metrics (via Firebase Crashlytics).
1.5 AI Chat Data
When you interact with our AI coach:
- Your queries and health context are processed to generate personalized responses.
- These queries are processed by our AI partners (Vertex AI, Spike API).
- We do not use your chat content for advertising purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:
- Service Provision: To calculate health scores, biological age, and provide daily wellness plans.
- User-Triggered Analysis: To perform specific tests (e.g., VO₂ Max) requested by the user.
- App Improvements: To identify and fix crashes or bugs.
- Communication: To send account updates or support responses (via SendGrid).
No Advertising or Marketing:
We do not use your health, biometric, or location data for advertising, marketing, or cross-platform tracking. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share data only with the specific service providers listed below, solely to operate the App. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal and health information only for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide the Service.
- Active Accounts: Data is stored securely in Google Firestore to maintain your history and trends.
- Deleted Accounts: If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our production database.
- Backups: Residual data in encrypted backups is purged automatically according to Google Firestore’s backup retention cycles.
5. Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data:
- In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will trigger the immediate deletion process.
- By Email: Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Data.”
What Happens When You Delete:
- All personal account information (Name, Email) is permanently deleted.
- All health and biometric data (Heart rate, Sleep, VO₂ Max, etc.) is permanently deleted.
- All AI chat history is permanently deleted.
- This process is completed within 30 days of the request.
- Anonymous crash logs may be retained solely for stability analysis, but these cannot be linked back to you.
6. Security
We implement robust security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256) via Google Cloud Platform.
- Access Control: Strict access controls limit internal access to your data.
- On-Device Processing: Where possible (such as Location), we process data on your device to minimize server storage.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date.”
